At Maple Properties, we’re a fast-growing independent estate and letting agency based in Woking. We manage a substantial portfolio of rental properties across Surrey and are looking to take our marketing to the next level.
We’re looking for a creative, confident and driven individual who wants to become the face behind our content and help build one of the strongest property brands in the area.

The Role
This is a hands-on marketing and content role where no two days are the same.
You’ll be responsible for creating engaging property and lifestyle content, showcasing homes, growing our social media presence and helping generate new business.
You’ll work closely with our team to bring fresh ideas, create high-quality content and build the Maple Properties brand.
Responsibilities
- Film and present property tours.
- Create engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Zoopla, Rightmove and YouTube.
- Photograph and film new property listings.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos.
- Design marketing materials, leaflets and social media graphics.
- Keep our website up to date with new listings and content.
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Assist with branding and promotional activities.
- Attend property launches, events and viewings where required.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable on camera.
- Creative with a strong eye for detail.
- Passionate about social media and content creation.
- Friendly, professional and well presented.
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects.
- Eager to learn and grow with the business.
Essential Skills
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.
- Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar).
- Photography and videography skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle preferred.
Desirable
- Experience within estate agency or property.
- Graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience running Meta or Google advertising campaigns.
- Drone photography experience (not essential).
