At Bem Brasil we are looking for an experienced and talented Duty Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the venue. You'll need to be confident, organised, energetic and brilliant at managing people and developing teams.

Key responsibilities of our Duty Manager:
· The day to day running of the venue
· Doing rotas, stocks and management of the team
· Oversee an enthusiastic and hardworking team delivering a quality service to a high standard
· Developing and training the team to a high standard to maximise both service and bottom line profits
· Working to labour budgets
Essential requirements of the Duty Manager:
· Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
· Ordering and stock controls
· Flexible and adaptable
· Strong passion for the industry and for guest satisfaction
· Ability to lead and inspire a team
