37 hours per week
To support the Disability Facilities Team in ensuring the efficient and effective performance of the Council's Private Sector Housing Renewal and Disabled Adaptations functions.
To provide support in the process of the Empty Properties Grant and Private Sector Housing Renewal including mandatory Disabled Facilities Grants provision, assessing the needs of householders and their eligibility for grant assistance in accordance with the Council’s Private Sector Renewal and Adaptations Policy.
Prepare schedules of work, evaluate costs, provide detailed reports upon the Master gov system and ensure all relevant information is up to date to ensure correct and efficient use of any relevant grants, the post will also inspect the quality of completed works agreed for grant funding, to ensure value for money is achieved.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
