Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
- Dust and polish furniture, appliances, and fixtures to maintain a pristine appearance
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is well-maintained and stored properly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly for quick resolution
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Full driver's license and own transport are essential for this role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality service every time
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures is advantageous but not mandatory
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
