Community Companion Group is a new, people-focused support service built around one simple belief: everyone deserves to feel valued, connected and supported in their own community.
We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate individuals to join our founding team as Community Companions.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our journey from the very beginning and help shape a service that puts people first.
About the Role
As a Community Companion, you will provide meaningful support to help people maintain their independence, confidence and quality of life within their own homes and communities.
During our initial launch phase, our services will focus on non-regulated support, including:
- Companionship and friendly conversation
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and social activities
- Shopping trips and errands
- Meal preparation
- Light household support
- Helping clients stay connected with their community
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing
As Community Companion Group grows and our CQC registration is completed, there will be opportunities for suitable team members to progress into providing a wider range of care services, following the appropriate training and requirements.

The Person We’re Looking For

Previous care experience is favourable, but attitude and values are just as important. We are looking for people who want to make a difference.
