Job Description:
Tronios Distribution UK is currently looking for a permanent full time position to enhance the workforce in our accounts department. We are a growing company with a passion for giving our customers the best possible service.
The position will be a full time contract Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00. The successful candidate will be punctual, hardworking and responsible for ensuring all their tasks are complete.
Responsibilities of the role
- Entering Invoices
- Approving Bills
- Bank Reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Quarterly VAT and yearly PSA submission
- Generate weekly margin reports
- Answering finance queries and raising errors to relevant departments involved
- Liaising with external Financial Accountant on payroll submission
The Ideal Candidate
- Be able to work well under pressure and be calm and adaptable
- Be willing to take on new responsibilities offered to them
- Have a can do positive attitude
- Have good computer skills
- Studying towards AAT
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience within similar role
- Competent to manage workload efficiently
