Office Cleaner – Warrington, WA4 4AB
Location: TechSpace One & TechSpace Two, Keckwick Lane, Warrington, WA4 4AB
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 2 weeks initially, with the possibility of extension
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Office Cleaner to provide cover across two office buildings based on Keckwick Lane, Warrington.
The position is initially for two weeks, although there is the possibility that the assignment could be extended.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday
Week 1:
7:00am – 1:00pm
Week 2:
7:00am – 6:00pm
Candidates must be available to complete the full hours across both weeks.
Duties
You will be responsible for cleaning across two office buildings, with duties including:
- General office cleaning
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
- Cleaning desks and work surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens and staff areas
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Cleaning communal areas and touchpoints
- Ensuring both buildings are maintained to a high standard throughout the shift
Requirements
- Previous commercial or office cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and manage cleaning duties across two buildings
- Available for an immediate start
- Must be able to commit to both weeks and the stated working hours
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
