Responsibilities
- Manage daily bar operations, including overseeing cocktail preparation, food service, and customer interactions to ensure seamless service.
- Supervise and motivate bartenders and support staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellence and teamwork.
- Develop innovative cocktail menus and beverage offerings that excite guests while adhering to food safety and quality standards.
- Train staff on proper food preparation, serving techniques, and safety protocols to uphold high standards of hospitality and food safety compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent waste and control costs effectively.
- Ensure all food production and kitchen activities align with health regulations and hotel or restaurant standards.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting with strong team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail mixing, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
- Experience in restaurant or hotel environments with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Familiarity with culinary processes related to food production and kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills for training staff and engaging with guests effectively.
- Previous barista experience or culinary experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beverage and food service.
