Flick Learning, part of Impact Futures Group, has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join our team, to help deliver sales campaigns and train to become a Business Development Manager within the course of the first 6-12 months.
This role requires regular weekly travel to our office based in Coventry
The Role will involve:

Deliver our email marketing campaign using established templates, which may include some data research

Using our online data/lead search software

Using our CRM software to follow our sales processes

Achieve KPIs re output and leads, and eventually sales targets

Responding to initial sales enquiries and develop relationships with potential customers

Booking in, and eventually delivering, demos for potential customers

Learning about the flick brand, learning management system and our range of products and choices in depth

Maintaining customer records within the CRM system

Develop and deliver your own sales pitch

About You:

Confident manner and a strong desire to succeed in sales

Strong communication skills – verbally and written

Good telephone manner

IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office

Preferably some experience using a CRM system

A positive, can-do attitude and approach to work

Familiarity with e-learning would be desirable

Friendly team player, able to contribute and engage with a small hardworking team
