Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing excellent service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong organisational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting. Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. All roles are paid positions, offering an opportunity to develop valuable skills within the hospitality industry.
Duties
- Serve drinks and refreshments efficiently and courteously to customers
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the till system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Restock bar supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Follow licensing laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as required during busy periods
- Manage multiple tasks effectively whilst maintaining high service standards
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of restaurant or bar operations is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment

Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
