We’re looking for a proactive B2B Account Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio of global clients, helping them get the very best from Viewpoint’s world-leading video solutions. You’ll build strong relationships, monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure clients receive a consistently excellent experience. It’s a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who enjoys solving problems, creating value, and helping long-term partnerships thrive.
What You’ll Do
· Monitor performance across your account portfolio, identify trends, and intervene promptly where clients need support.
· Build trusted relationships with clients around the world, delivering excellent service and acting as their champion within Viewpoint.
· Identify opportunities to increase client value, improve retention, and support long-term account growth.
· Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, improve outcomes, and ensure clients receive a consistently high-quality experience.
About You
· You have experience in B2B account management, ideally within SaaS, technology, media, guest experience, or another service-led environment.
· You have a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, or the determination and resilience to achieve them.
· You’re a confident communicator who builds relationships quickly and communicates clearly with clients and colleagues.
· You’re comfortable using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform, or willing to learn quickly.
· You’re able to commute to our offices in Thame, Oxfordshire for most of the working week, with some hybrid flexibility available.
· Additional languages are appreciated but not essential.

· Base salary of £35,000–£40,000 plus performance-related bonus
