Job Summary:
Luxury by Carlo Lifestyle & Concierge Ltd is seeking a Head of Events Operations to lead the planning and delivery of premium events and private experiences. This role suits an experienced events professional who can manage teams, suppliers, budgets, and client expectations with confidence.
What you'll do:
- Lead the planning and organisation of events, including conferences, banquets, weddings, and corporate functions.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored event solutions.
- Oversee the entire event lifecycle from initial concept through to execution and post-event evaluation.
- Manage event budgets, optimise resources, and implement upselling techniques to enhance revenue.
- Supervise event staff, including catering teams, technical crews, and guest services personnel.
- Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
- Develop detailed timelines and operational plans to ensure timely delivery of each event.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to secure quality services at competitive prices.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels during events and address any issues promptly to uphold service standards.
- Analyse post-event feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future occasions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event management within hospitality, hotel, or restaurant environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling and increasing revenue streams through strategic initiatives.
- Experience in fundraising or securing sponsorships is advantageous.
- Exceptional time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst demonstrating leadership qualities.

Pay: £41,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
