My client, an established haulier based in Shrewsbury, is looking to recruit a 7.5 tonne Multi-drop Driver to join their team.
The role is to start from 23:00 until 04:00 with willingness to work nights, weekends and bank holidays. Suitable drivers must have previous multi drop experience.
This is a temp to perm opportunity and the salary is £327,97.44 per year.

We are seeking a reliable and skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of high quality dairy products across various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as adherence to all road safety regulations.
Duties
- Operate a 7.5 tonne lorry for the delivery of goods to designated locations.
- Ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload goods safely, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Report any vehicle defects or issues promptly to management.
- Assist in the training of new drivers as required.
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence with the appropriate category for driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading goods.
- A clean driving record is preferred.
