The Role
You’ll be supporting a warm and friendly young woman with complex health needs in her own home in Manchester, while also helping her enjoy fun days out and stay connected with her local community.
Our client loves spending quality time with her friends and enjoys all things beauty and self-care especially girlie trips to the salon for her hair and nails. She has a vibrant personality and enjoys getting out and about, trying new things, and making the most of every day.
As her care worker, you’ll play an important role in helping her live life the way she chooses offering compassionate support, encouraging independence, and helping her feel safe, comfortable, and confident both at home and in the community.

Requirements

Training
Whilst we expect a degree of experience in caring for individuals with complex health needs, full clinical training on the specific needs of our client will be provided for the right candidates. This includes a combination of e-learning and classroom-based training, followed by job-shadowing and "hands-on" training by a Lead Nurse. We operate a 24hr clinical on-call to provide round-the-clock support to our clients and their care teams.
