With the opening of Cadena's rooftop bar coming in May, we are looking for bar staff with cocktail and food serving experience to join our team. We will be employing a range of both full time and part time staff to cover the busy summer months.
Staff need bar experience or a very good knowledge of cocktails. Training will include a weeks training in April, with all of our stock brands providing tastings and knowledge building talks on each of their drinks.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
