As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to drive standards and lead the brigade during service.
With a growing team and steady covers, this is an ideal role for a strong chef ready to take on more responsibility within a busy, quality-led environment.
Duties:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Lead the team during service and assist with supervision
- Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes
- Help train and develop junior chefs
- Ensure excellent hygiene and kitchen organisation
