Service Manager
Permanent, Full Time, plus attractive bonus scheme
Full Package dependent on experience.
Monday to Friday (8am – 5.30pm) Saturday Morning on four week Rota
We are currently on the lookout for a Service Manager to join our award-winning Used Car supermarket in Nuneaton. If you are an experienced Automotive Manager and would like a new challenge within a different company – then please apply today!
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring new stock is prepared to a good quality and timely turnaround.
- Liaising with Sales Management team and attending monthly manager meetings.
- Ensuring the Service advisor team are maintaining internal processes and are fully motivated.
- Ensuring that all jobs passed for warranty/goodwill submissions are accurately invoiced and costed.
- Monitoring progress of jobs in the workshop and ensuring good internal communication between Sales and service.
- Ensuring the tech team are maintaining good efficiency standards and working with workshop control to ensure good outcomes.
- Working directly with the owner on additional company growth ideas.
Your background & skill:
- Previous experience working in an automotive service operation is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work towards deadlines.
- Confident and professional.
- Good IT systems knowledge.
