Business Operations Coordinator
Location: York (Office Based)
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 DOE
Inspired Joinery & Projects is a fast-growing home renovation and kitchen company based in York. We’re looking for an organised, proactive person to work directly with our Director and Operations Manager, helping keep the business running smoothly every day.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Director and Operations Manager
- Managing office administration and project paperwork
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
- Preparing and delivering project packs
- Booking appointments and following up quotations
- Managing and scheduling social media content
- Capturing photos and videos of completed projects
- Helping improve systems and day-to-day business operations
About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident speaking with customers and suppliers
- Positive, proactive and able to use your own initiative
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Full UK driving licence essential
