Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Polisher to support the end stage process of vehicle repairs and wheel refurbishment.
In this role, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with responsibility of ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will be essential in delivering results; with ability to catch repair cycle misses to ensure vehicles leave the workshop and exceed customer expectations.

Duties
- Carefully inspect vehicles to determine the appropriate polishing approach based on surface condition and desired finish
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and polishing machines to achieve a smooth, glossy surface on various vehicle types
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or masking areas as needed before polishing begins
- Perform heavy lifting when handling large or bulky vehicle parts or equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols consistently to prevent accidents during polishing procedures
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle surfaces and polishing techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools such as buffers, sanders, and detailing brushes
- Experience operating power tools specific to automotive polishing and finishing
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for surface imperfections and finishing quality
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management
- Commitment to safety standards and proper equipment maintenance
