Responsibilities
- Deliver professional haircuts, colour treatments, blowouts, hair styling, perms and men’s cuts tailored to each client’s preferences
- Maintain a welcoming front desk presence by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client flow efficiently
- Upsell additional services and retail products to help clients achieve their hair goals while boosting salon revenue
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques and offering guidance to foster skill developments
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld throughout the salon environment
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for ongoing beauty routines
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years salon experience
- Confident in all aspects of hairdressing
- Team player
- Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and creativity
- Exceptional communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members effectively
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a lively, positive attitude
- Valid certification as required by local regulations for hair dressing
