We are looking for an experienced and motivated butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confidant working with all aspects of chicken, beef, pork and lamb, and portion control.
Key responsibilities:
- Preform butchery tasks across multiple meat types.
- Portion control steaks and other cuts to precise specifications.
- Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene and food safety.
- Work in a fast paced environment.
We are looking for:
- Fully qualified butcher with proven experience.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Reliable, motivated and able to work independently when required.
