About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on Production Operative to join our raw pet food manufacturing team. This role is based in our factory and involves working with fresh ingredients to produce, pack, and prepare high‑quality raw dog food.
You’ll be part of a small, friendly team where consistency, care, and attention to detail really matter. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing raw ingredients (meat, offal, vegetables) for production
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently
- Weighing, batching, and packing products
- Filling, sealing, and labelling products ready for dispatch
- Packing orders accurately and maintaining a clean working environment
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
- Assisting with stock rotation and general factory duties
What We’re Looking For
- Someone reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small team
- Comfortable working in a chilled factory environment
- Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
- Previous factory or food‑production experience is helpful but not essential

Pay: £13.50 per hour
