Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and guest preferences
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while adhering to time management best practices
- Verify guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age is met and handle serving responsibilities responsibly
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours and special events
Experience
- Previous experience working in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible serving practices is essential
- Strong skills in basic math for accurate measurement and cash handling
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills and a personable attitude towards guests and team members
- Familiarity with cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation standards
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding legal requirements related to alcohol service
