We are excited to be recruiting for a Finance Manager. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to join a fantastic family run company.
As Finance Manager you will join the Finance Team, to efficiently and accurately oversee the day to day financial operations of the business. Liaising with the Senior Management Team the Finance Manger will assume a hands-on role with responsibility for the day to day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day finance function.
- Produce timely and insightful monthly management accounts and management information.
- Support the FD with the annual budgeting process, forecasts and long-term financial planning.
- Manage cash flow, debtor performance and banking relationships.
- Provide commercial analysis and financial insight to help pricing initiatives and support decision making.
- Work closely with Operations & Commercial teams to improve margins, productivity and cost control.
- Oversee costings, stock, WIP and variance analysis.
- Strengthen financial controls, processes and reporting systems.
- Lead statutory accounts, audit, tax and other regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, automation and the quality of financial information.
- Provide financial challenge and support to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards that give the business greater visibility of financial and operational performance.
Requirements – skills, attributes & experience
- Understanding of finance function in a manufacturing environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Enthusiastic and analytical
- Competent with various accounting software
- Ability to work to deadlines
