Hours
- Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5pm
- No Bank holidays, no weekends

The role of Sales Administrator:
- Processing orders from sales representatives and managing the life cycle of an order
- Investigating invoice queries and delivering customer services excellence
- Liaising with clients on the delivery of products / ETA's
- Registering machinery
- Monitoring shared inbox ensuring queries and enquires and managed timely
- Maintaining communication with internal departments to ensure swift delivery with orders
- Maintain internal CRM, ERP and stock management systems
The ideal Sales Administrator:
- Experience within sales administration or sales support, ideally from within the construction, manufacturing or a supplier based industry
- Good systems experience within the use of ERP and CRM packages would be beneficial
- An organised and proactive approach
