£30,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)
We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Nursery Room Leader for a brand‑new, purpose‑built nursery opening this September in North West London.The nursery is Ofsted‑registered and integrates Islamic values with a Montessori‑style, child‑centred approach, nurturing confident, independent, and compassionate children.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the 3+ room with Montessori‑informed practice
Oversee planning, observations, and EYFS assessments
Create a calm, purposeful learning environment
Support team development and key‑person practice
Build positive relationships with children and families
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards
Ideal Profile
Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (required)
Montessori diploma (preferred)
Previous Room Leader or Senior Practitioner experience (preferred)
Familiarity with Islamic values
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Right to work in the UK
