Duties:
- Provide a wide range of therapeutic services to clients, including but not limited to massage therapy, facials and other beauty treatments.
- Offer exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client's experience.
- Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with clients.
- Collaborate with other therapists and staff members to create a cohesive and welcoming environment for clients.
- Using our reception system to create and amend bookings, receive and make phone calls, take payments and respond to emails
- Hospitality services to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for guests
Qualifications:
- Must be level 2 & 3 Qualified in Beauty therapy
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest services
- Ability to assess client needs and customize treatments accordingly
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
- Strong sales skills to upsell additional services or products
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
