Senior Accountant - Oswestry
Accountancy Elite are delighted to be recruiting for a friendly and long standing accountancy practice based in Oswestry who are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their close knit team.
This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys client contact, taking ownership of their work and being part of a supportive office environment.
Salary: £35,000 to £48,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and reviewing year end accounts
- Preparing corporation tax returns
- VAT returns and management accounts
- Managing client relationships and queries
- Reviewing junior staff work
- Supporting workflow and deadlines
What we’re looking for:
- Previous UK accountancy practice experience is essential
- Strong all round accounts experience gained in practice
- Good tax compliance knowledge
- ACA / ACCA qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience considered
