Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including floors, surfaces, ensuring all spaces meet hygiene standards.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to achieve optimal cleanliness.
- Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistency and quality across all assigned areas.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when disposing of waste, replenishing supplies, and sanitising surfaces.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Support team members during busy periods or special cleaning projects as needed.
Experience
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with using commercial cleaning tools and chemicals is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines are completed effectively.
- Good communication skills and reliability are essential for success in this role.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday 18:00-20:00
- Bank holidays and one week Christmas shut down as mandatory holiday
- This role provides you with certificated e-learning modules that you can add to your CV
- We have other team members on site cleaning areas of the premises.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 per week
