We are seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to oversee daily fleet operations, optimize vehicle utilization, and ensure safe, efficient transportation services. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with strong operational and logistics management skills.
What you'll do:
- Oversee daily fleet and transportation operations.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, and compliance.
- Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and operating costs.
- Lead drivers and fleet operations teams.
- Optimize routes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
- Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in fleet operations, logistics, transportation, or operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with fleet management systems is an advantage.
