We are seeking a motivated Trainee Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Taking customer orders (phone, email and in-person).
- Assist with goods in goods out, ensuring deliveries are checked and received correctly.
- Picking goods for deliveries to be made.
- Processing sales and orders on the system.
- General sales office administration
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft applications and CRM software
- Good organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience or knowledge of B2B sales processes is advantageous but not essential
- Basic knowledge of construction products and diy is advantageous but not essential
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to new challenges
