The Creative Director heads up the UK Creative element of the business, bridging the gap between Insights/Strategy and Creative Production. You will oversee work throughout the entire creative process, being informed and consulted on the Insights and Strategy phase, before being a lead player in turning that strategy into creative ideas that drive change. Once an idea has been signed off, you’ll work alongside, input and provide sign off for the creative production team to ensure the campaign comes to life with creative integrity and a high quality expected across all Manifest work.
