Duties
- Answering calls
- Administering service contracts
- Planning engineer workloads
- Ordering Equipment
- Utilising the in-house software – SIMPRO (training given)
- Client Reports
- General customer service/admin duties
Essential Requirements
- PC literate
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work on own initiative and to work independently
- Team player
- High level of accuracy/attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Ability to organise their own workload
- Sense of Humour!
