Dream Smiles Dental is an award-winning, premium dental practice based in Bolton, trusted by over 1,500 patients and rated 4.9 stars across 280+ five-star reviews. We're building an in-house marketing function from the ground up and we're looking for a creative, on-camera personality to help us grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram.
The Role:
We're looking for a part-time content creator to become a recognisable face of the Dream Smiles Dental brand and produce trend-led, on-brand content across TikTok and Instagram. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and in-house content creator to plan, film and edit content that grows our following, increases engagement and builds brand awareness, while staying true to our premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a consistent, recognisable face across our TikTok and Instagram account.
- Film and edit short-form video content using an iPhone and CapCut (or similar).
- Spot and adapt trending formats, sounds and challenges relevant to our brand and audience.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to plan a regular content calendar.
- Collaborate with our in-house content creator on shared shoots and assets.
- Write short captions in-line with brand tone (no clinical language, minimal emojis, clear CTAs).
- Atten treatments, events and open days on-site to capture content in real time.
- Monitor content performance and suggest adjustments based on what's working.
- Keep up to date with TikTok/Instagram platform changes and emerging trends in the dental and beauty space.
What we're looking for:
- Confident and natural on camera, comfortable being the face of the brand.
- Proven experience creating content for TikTok and/or Instagram (personal or professional accounts count, portfolio required.
- Skilled in filming and editing on iPhone, CapCut and similar tools.
- A sharp eye for what's trending and how to adapt it authentically.
- Strong understanding of tone, pacing and hooks for short-form video.
- Reliable, organised and comfortable working to a content schedule.
- Interest in dental/aesthetic, wellness or beauty content is a bonus, not essential.
- No formal qualifications required, portfolio and presence matter more than a CV.
