We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our well-respected, privately owned and successful cafe and catering business in Essex.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small kitchen team, maintaining high food quality standards, and helping to develop exciting new dishes and seasonal specials. Duties will include preparing and delivering our delicious breakfast and lunch menus, managing daily kitchen operations, and ensuring excellent food hygiene and presentation at all times.
Hours: 5 days per week, 7:00am – 3:00pm, including Saturdays.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated chef looking to play a key role within a growing and respected local business.
Salary £38,000 - £42,000 per annum dependent on experience
