Site Supervisor – Residential Estate
Part‑Time
On‑site | £26,500 – £30,000 per year (Annual equivalent, pro‑rata'd for Part Time)
We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on Site Supervisor to take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of a well‑managed residential building.
This is a visible, trusted on‑site role, combining site supervision, minor maintenance, inspections, contractor oversight and resident liaison. We are looking to appoint an experienced part‑time Supervisor.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing daily site operations, inspections and safety checks
- Maintaining excellent standards of presentation in communal areas
- Carrying out minor maintenance (e.g. lighting, basic plumbing, touch‑up painting)
- Supervising contractors and managing access and security
- Acting as a professional point of contact for residents and visitors
- Logging issues, incidents and health & safety matters accurately
What we’re looking for
- Experience in site supervision, caretaking, facilities or a similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Good health & safety awareness
- Valid UK driving licence
