Responsibilities
- Conduct taste testing sessions and gather honest feedback from participants to inform product development.
- Promote products and brand awareness through engaging interactions with customers in-store or at events.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring product presentation aligns with branding standards.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Maintain a friendly, approachable attitude while providing excellent customer service during promotional activities.
- Collect customer contact information for follow-up marketing campaigns, ensuring data privacy compliance.
- Support the organisation of promotional events, including scheduling and logistics coordination.
Experience
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with customers confidently.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication with a broader demographic. (Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi)
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for engaging with people and promoting products in a lively environment.
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple promotional activities efficiently.
Pay: £10.40-£12.71 per hour
