Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Foreman/Multi Trade Builder to oversee construction projects and manage multiple trades on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, supervising experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse building activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing schedules, and maintaining quality throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate multiple trades during construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations.
- Manage daily site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimisation.
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and labourers, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Utilise Primavera P6 to develop project schedules, monitor progress, and update timelines as necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and project specifications.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, changes, and site reports for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
- Assist in problem-solving on-site challenges by applying technical expertise across multiple trades.
Skills
- Proven management experience within the construction industry with a focus on supervising diverse trades.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and programme management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative working environment.

Pay: £180.00 per day
