We’re currently recruiting for a talented Sous Chef to join this stunning Oxford college. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional kitchen that prides itself on producing high-quality, fresh seasonal food. The kitchen caters for a variety of services including student dining, weekly formal dinners, VIP hospitality and commercial events. Working closely with the senior chefs, you’ll help maintain high standards while supporting the smooth running of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong fresh food background, ideally within a high-end hotel or restaurant environment. You’ll be organised, passionate about great food, and confident leading and developing a kitchen team. This role is perfect for a Sous Chef looking for a better work/life balance or a Junior Sous Chef looking to take the next step in their career whilst still working with excellent produce and delivering high-end dining.
