Duties
- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency to meet quality standards
- Manage food preparation stations efficiently, ensuring timely service during busy hours
- Follow all food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist in meal planning and ingredient selection to ensure freshness and variety
- Support the team in serving meals to guests promptly and courteously
- Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock supplies, and communicate needs for restocking ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to optimize kitchen workflow and enhance overall guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food handling regulations
- Excellent skills in meal preparation, food presentation, and serving techniques
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on breakfast and lunch service
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team under pressure
