Summary
We are currently seeking a confident, enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor with a passion for Sales, Customer Service and Fashion to join our dynamic Fashion ground floor team. Our Retail Sales team are the core of our business and play a vital role in the success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead and motivate team to achieve sales targets
- Train and develop team to deliver the best possible customer service.
- Support Manager in supervising all other department operations on the shop floor such as stock management, promotional activity, delivery processing, visual merchandising
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to advise and sell our brands and products to customers effectively.
- Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales.
- Contribute to creating an inviting shopping environment that reflects our store values & adherence to company standards

- Qualifications
- Previous Supervisor or Senior Sales Assistant experience.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in menswear or fashion.
- Exceptional selling, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong Interest in Fashion and retail landscape. Knowledgeable of latest trends
- Drive to successfully meet sales targets
- Good knowledge of merchandising techniques.
- Previous experience of being a keyholder/areas of responsibility.
- Friendly attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to motivate and encourage other members of the team to achieve the highest level of customer service No minimum qualifications required;personal skills and experience count more than certification. Good numeracy and literacy skills and good communication skills.
