Job description igluetech Field Service Engineer
Integrated Glueing Technology and Brunel Engineering Services supply Hot Melt and Cold Glue application systems in all different industries along with manufacturing packaging and print finishing equipment. We are looking to hire a Service Engineer to install, service and maintain Hot Melt Glue Application Systems along with all other equipment in the igluetech and Brunel Engineering Services portfolio.
This Job Role Includes the Following:
- Service, maintenance and repairs of all equipment in house and at customer sites around the UK & Ireland.
- Technical back up via phone and email
- Building and assembling of new equipment e.g Glue Application systems, WheelMelt Glue Devices, Tape Applicators, Vacuum Conveyors, Tray Erector Machinery ect.
- Company Vehicle once fully trained
- Company Mobile phone
- Overtime available
- Occasional weekend work
- Occasional over night hotel stays when working at customer sites within UK and Ireland
The main requirements for this role include:
- Skills and knowledge of electronics and engineering
- Hold a full valid UK driving license
- Fault finding and problem resolution
- Proactive
- Flexible Hours
- Well organised and punctual
- Self-motivated and able to work to customer-specific dates and deadlines.
- Ability to work alone and in a team
- Good customer service skills
Salary: Dependent upon experience and will be discussed at interview stage.
