We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Internal Telesales Executive to join our UK & Ireland team and help us continue to grow our business within the arts, crafts, education and stationery sectors.
The Role
This is a proactive sales role focused on developing relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities and supporting the growth of our business across the UK and Ireland.
You will be responsible for regular customer contact by telephone, following up quotations and promotions, generating new opportunities, reactivating dormant accounts and processing orders arising from your activity.
Working closely with our Sales & Customer Administration Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer service whilst contributing to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make proactive outbound sales calls to customers.
- Develop and grow existing customer accounts.
- Identify and open new customer opportunities.
- Reactivate dormant and lapsed customers.
- Follow up quotations, promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer enquiries and routine service issues.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
- Support sales growth and customer retention objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Previous telesales, internal sales or customer service experience.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good organisational and administration skills.
- Commercial awareness and customer focus.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Hours
20 hours per week, typically across four 5-hour sessions, with flexibility available for the right candidate.
Pay: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
