Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our establishment, ensuring a welcoming environment for resident. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, contributing to the overall guest experience.
Duties
- Clean and sanitise rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and tea.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
- Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- A background in hospitality or janitorial services is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
