Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge?
We are looking for someone that can demonstrate a good level of administrative and clerical experience, to support our Clinical Leads and members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT). This includes PA support to our Modern Matron.
You will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and orally, have a methodical and flexible approach and be able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines, while maintaining a professional, customer focused, approach.
Applicants should have competent keyboard skills and be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel.

Main duties, tasks & skills required
Provision of a comprehensive PA, medical secretarial and administrative service to the Consultant Psychiatrist and Modern Matron for the unit and other members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) as required.
To support the Consultant Psychiatrist and Modern Matron for the unit in all aspects of business management activity relating to functions and responsibilities, including the development and management of a comprehensive and efficient PA support service.
