Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the overall success of the store.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Build strong product knowledge to provide confident advice and professional recommendations.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives through a consultative sales approach.
- Support daily store operations, including merchandising, stock replenishment, pricing, and visual presentation.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance and ensure an organised shopping environment.
- Process customer purchases, exchanges, and returns accurately.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store performance targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and store performance.
- Demonstrate initiative and take on additional responsibilities as you develop towards future leadership opportunities.
