About us
Winckley Cleaning Services is an independent cleaning company based in Preston, working with homes and small businesses across the North West. We're fully insured, enhanced DBS checked, and we clean to a standard people notice. We're now building the brand properly online, and we need someone behind the camera to do it.
The role
One shoot day a month. One set of deliverables. Straightforward arrangement, paid monthly.
Cleaning is one of the most watchable things on the internet — before and afters, satisfying transformations, kit that does things people didn't know was possible. We've got the jobs, the equipment and the access. We need someone who can turn it into content people actually stop for.
What you'll deliver each month
- One shoot day filming on location with us across Preston and the surrounding area
- One long-form YouTube video cut from that day's footage
- Six - Eight short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts — captioned, sound-designed and ready to post
Everything is cut from the same shoot. One day of filming feeds the whole month's content, so the day needs planning properly and shooting with the edit already in mind.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrable editing skill — Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut, whatever you use
- A genuine feel for short-form. You understand why some videos hold and others don't
- Able to shoot efficiently — you'll have one day, so you need to come away with everything
- Comfortable filming in people's homes and workplaces, discreetly and respectfully
- Reliable — the shoot day is booked around live client jobs and can't overrun
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- A showreel or portfolio. This matters far more than your CV
Useful but not essential
- Drone experience, and a CAA Flyer ID
- Experience filming in occupied homes or commercial premises
- A sense of what performs on TikTok and Instagram specifically
What we offer
