Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Assembly Operators to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Monmouth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous assembly or manufacturing experience who is looking for a stable, long-term position working regular day shifts within a friendly and supportive team.
The Role
As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling products to a high standard while following detailed work instructions and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling components using hand and power tools.
- Following assembly instructions.
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the assembly process.
- Ensuring products meet company quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Working efficiently to meet production targets.
- Reporting any faults or defects to your supervisor.
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is essential.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A reliable and positive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport would be advantageous due to the location of the site and limited public transport links.
