Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 basic + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £28,000 - £35,000+
Hours: Full Time
Key Requirements
- Estate agency sales and/or lettings experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to winning business
- Confident managing viewings, offers, and sales progression
- Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential)
About the Role
Greetham Gilbert is a growing independent estate agency launching a new branch in Whitley Bay. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to help grow the branch, generate new business, and deliver excellent customer service.
Supported by a centralised head office that handles administration and property management, you'll focus on building relationships, progressing deals, and driving results.
Responsibilities
- Register buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
- Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
- Progress sales and lettings through to completion
- Generate new business through follow-ups, networking, and referrals
- Build strong client relationships and maintain CRM records
