As part of our in-store team, you’ll play a key role in helping customers with their home improvement projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing retailer that’s fast becoming a household name in the UK.
Typical tasks include:
- Greeting and liaising with customers when they enter the store
- Providing information and advice on products / product types
- Assessing customers' project needs and providing relevant advice and guidance
- Understanding customer requirements and suggesting products that suit
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Monitoring stock levels and advising on delivery
- General housekeeping

- Flexibility to cover store opening hours including weekends.

Standard hours of work are:
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00 with 1 hour lunch
Saturday (on a Rota basis with 1 day off in the week) 09:00 – 17:00
Sunday (on a Rota basis with 1 day off in the week) 10:00 - 16:00
